A sign-on bonus will be granted to Representatives who complete memorization of their script within one week. This bonus is distributed over the course of the first five paychecks. Additional sign-on bonuses are offered for bi-lingual Representatives.
Trainees are not only offered a sign-on bonus, but are also paid at the full commission scale starting day one of training. We view training as an apprenticeship program, and feel you should be rewarded as much as possible for your hard work right out of the gate.

Our Representatives are ambassadors for our company in stores. Well trained in the art of the pitch, representatives are given all the tools they need to reach unparalleled sales and success. Representatives are comfortable conveying an emotional message to groups as well as the individual. Previous experience in public speech, sales, demonstrations or acting is considered a strong asset in the application process.
Our Trainers coach, maintain and inspire Representatives of Twin Towers Trading. From new hire training to veteran retention, trainers specialize in personnel development, armed with an arsenal of training tools to provide a standardized training experience. Previous demonstration experience is required in order for applicants to be considered for a position in our training department. However, if New Hires prove themselves masters of the art of pitching, they may be placed on the fast track to promotion within the training department.
Our Sales Managers hire, motivate, and provide administrative leadership to Representatives of Twin Towers Trading. With a keen understanding of logistics and coordination, Sales Managers serve as a liaison between the field and Corporate Head Quarter’s accounting, shipping, scheduling, and logistics departments. Sales Managers are responsible for the growth of their market’s productivity and camaraderie. Previous management experience is required in order for applicants to be considered for a position in our management department. However, if New Hires prove themselves an integral part in the development of their market, they may be placed on the fast track to promotion within the management department.
